With excellent release of very fine bubbles, this cava presents an elegant greenish hue with subtle yellowish reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its floral and fruity intensity, with notes of apple, peach, and tropical fruits such as pineapple and citrus, accompanied by a delicate hint of banana.
On the palate, it is very dry and fresh, with a creamy texture and body. Its vibrant acidity gives it great liveliness and freshness, while its Reserva aging gives it exceptional breadth and roundness. Subtle toasted nuances and a silky, enveloping finish complete this unique experience.
We’re the only ones to include a thermometer on the back label, so you always know when your cava is at the perfect temperature. When the thermometer turns blue, it means it’s the perfect time to enjoy it to the fullest. So easy, so precise!
